Buying into different accounts doesn't change the substancial shareholding reporting obligations in any way, shape or form. They can have a 10,000 different holding accounts if they wish but the total beneficial holding of the aggregate is still the same and their legal obligation to declare any changes in excess of 5% is mandatory.
Makes little difference here. Only two substancial holders that matter. Everybody else just along for the ride.
