I mentioned it to RH during the April roadshow and it is on the cards. Overall massive opportunity but current focus is completely on China. He aready has dealings over there through his others businesses with some of the large business conglomerates
Couple of companies he mentioned were

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Revenue $44 Billion
Reliance owns businesses across India engaged in energy, petrochemicals, textiles, natural resources, retail and telecommunications.
Reliance is the second most profitable company in India,[the second-largest publicly traded company in India by market capitalization and the second largest company in India as measured by revenue after the government-controlled Indian Oil Corporation.
The company is ranked 215th on the Fortune Global 500 list of the world's biggest corporations as of 2016.
RIL contributes approximately 20% of India's total exports.
It is ranked 8th among the Top 250 Global Energy Companies by Platts as of 2016.

Tata Group (owners of Jaguar,JLR , Tetley, Lipton etc) Revenue $108 Billion
Tata Group is an Indian multinational conglomerate holding company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
It was founded in 1868 by Jamsedji Tata and gained international recognition after purchasing several global companies.
It is one of India's largest conglomerates. In 2014-15, the revenue of Tata companies, taken together, was $108.78 billion.[2]
These companies collectively employ over 600,000 people.[2]
Each Tata company or enterprise operates independently under the guidance and supervision of its own board of directors and shareholders.
There are 30 publicly-listed Tata enterprises with a combined market capitalisation of about $134 billion (as on March 31, 2015).[3] Tata companies with significant scale include Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Tata Consultancy Services, Tata Power, Tata Chemicals, Tata Global Beverages, Tata Teleservices, Titan, Tata Communications and Taj Group.

Taj Hotel group has a massive portfolio of luxury hotels and golf courses so I wouldnt be surprised if we set up a reference site at one of their golf courses.

With 100 hotels in 62 locations across India, Taj offers guests the refined luxury of heritage combined with effortlessly efficient service and local expertise to create a moment to remember.

Also, on a side note Tata group sells private water purifiers for domestic use.

Leave the municipal corporations and governments plan of attack. Even if they target these two companies and MABR tech to these two companies with hundreds of plants - it will be a multi million dollar opportunity. Couple of articles below on the scale of waste waters plants these two companies have commissioned before....

Dont forget, Aqwise delivered a few projects in India few years back too and India-Israel have close ties thanks to defence and trade deals

    http://ens-newswire.com/2012/05/07/india-seeks-israeli-technology-to-clean-ganges-river-2/

Minister Nath said Israeli companies already have completed successful water projects in India, such as India’s largest desalination plant constructed in Jamnagar, Gujarat by IDE Technologies.

Earlier this year, the Israeli water purification company Aqwise won a huge project to purify water the Yamuna River to serve the more than two million inhabitants of the city of Agra, where the Taj Mahal is located, with clean drinking water.

The visit of Indian water experts to Israel follows months of planning by India’s Environment and Forest Ministry to establish a large-scale integrated program to clean up the polluted Ganges.
Visiting Tel Aviv in March, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur’s Professor Vinod Tare told the “Jerusalem Post” that the Ganges cleanup project is expected to take from 25 to 30 years and cost some US$20 billion.

I knew my research post the roadshow would come in handy one day I think we are a couple of years away from breaking into that market personally.
