Thank you for your engagement with those interested in the company. Solid announcement to the market today as well, I cannot these are not easy to work.
Apologies if I misunderstand the concept of the bond, however if the bond is placed, ECT fulfills its obligations and the bond can then be returned, why would a buyback need to be executed? Wouldn't there just be an intermediary holding the shares and a fee associated with the value they are holding, and proportional to the time it is held?
