Q1- Is it safe to assume from the above comment that site works will not begin until after September 2019? Given the history of progress in signing the RCA (and every signature milestone before it) can you give some idea if site works will commence before September and if so what?
Q2- I applaud the fact we are reaching financial close in the coming months but was of the assumption that tender documents, contractor selection, procurement of equipment was occurring in parallel. Can you please indicate what parallel engineering works (if any) have been completed to date or are in progress?
Q3- Can you indicate when the Neyveli site for the India project will be cleared of vegetation?
