Yes hiphop, there is still$1.2 million to be paid in a month or two. I'm sure Arvind will mention this in the quarterly report. I doubt whether the Supreme Court Case will be adjourned again. It will just depend on how much effort HCL goes to defend the action, but judging from how they submit evidence in the past it will most likely be a bit 'slap dash'. I'm reckoning on a 50% chance of winning. Just a pity IRL management haven't given more details on the actual wording of the contract and why they feel that they have a chance of winning.
IRL will be well cashed up at the end of Sept with a win.
