I agree with most of your points.
I believe ESI deliberately avoided saying too much about the Indian deal because it could have implications on other negotiations taking place atm.
ESI did say that first delivery will occur by July 2011. However that is the worse case scenario. It could occur sooner.
Further, this is not the announcement that Con has promised us. The big one relates to the agreements at Latrobe Valley.
Finally, the $90 is my estimate based on a % discount of the current market value of black coal and the $160M was mentioned at the AGM. Refer to my AGM post back in Nov. for more details.
