    Yes. Under other initiatives is where I see the coldry process fitting in with International Power's other plans.

    The EV report implied that a plant will be built at LV. Given that International Power operates 2 of the 3 power stations at LV, its obvious who will build the plant. Also, Hazelwood was actively involved in the trial program.

    If a coldry plant is going to be built in Australia, it can only be built at LV - nowhere else. I am thinking that ESI would also be considering building a plant in Germany in order to capture the European market. Not only does Germany have the largest brown coal resources in the world (Victoria is 2nd) but more importantly International Power operates several power stations in Germany. I would like to think that ESI and IP have formed strong relationships.

    I believe that IP is the key link for ESI. The icing on the cake would be if ESI could recruit a prominant figure from IP on ESI's board.
