1st stock i've ever invested in (& glad to have done so)...so, please, a question for my more experienced readers-> would u think there are restrictions -- legal, contractual or otherwise -- on the entities that purchased shares during the recent cap raise that prevent them from imminently turning around & selling off those shares? in other words, might they be obliged to hold on to those shares for an agreed-upon amount of time? thx!
