india to make tamiflu...no patent problem

India has no patent law that prevents them making Tamiflu. So if they make it for India, no doubt some will find its way to other parts of the world. Not sure how China stands in this regards their patent laws. It shows that the countries that have large populations will not allow drug companies to profit from a pandemic. South Africa has also expressed a will to make drugs for HIV.
