It appears Litigation set for Tues 1st..with judge appointed?...
In my opinion Zeta taking big risk here similar to some major 'shale'
operators in U.S. who cannot make Bond interest payments..
In other words 'WE CAN"T PAY..what are you going to do about it..
call bluff..??..renegotiate??..drag out with legal..!!
This could massively backfire on Zeta..if Bermuda parent
gets 'cold feet'.. as ZER Dec. Accounts to me indicate Zeta is in no
financial position to be undertaking a possibly cash draining
legal challenge based on what appears to be a 'house of cards'
foundation..
