ok-you seem convinced that india are going to require lots of IO sometime in the future.the whole problem with that thesis is,if true,then rio,vale and bhp would be in development stage right now,including buying up small players.i suppose the only variable is -"when",and it looks as though from the above mentioned, it will be in a very long time.
