    Whilst we wait for March 7th, I was wondering what is the consensus out there re-INDIA. From recent conversation with KF, EVM has received legal counsel on this one and their position is that the party in India (RA SOLAR) is still awaiting for "release of funds" by the bank.

    What to do of this? Do you guys think that the SP reflects the fact that everyone thinks that India is not going anywhere?
