I Dont think India is out.... These things takes time...

India is looking to embark on renewables in a big way and will be well ahead of Australia once the ball has been kicked in the right direction.... Below is a copy of latest press release from the MNRE office;

I have all the confidence in EVM... this require strategic nous and networking with influential people is key - also it is likely to include upgrading of existing infrastructure in some parts, be patient..  I will assume an ANN will be released as soon as MOU’s have been finalised between various parties... let’s wait and see..
