I Dont think India is out.... These things takes time...

I have all the confidence in EVM... this require strategic nous and networking with influential people is key - also it is likely to include upgrading of existing infrastructure in some parts, be patient.. I will assume an ANN will be released as soon as MOU’s have been finalised between various parties... let’s wait and see..
