That was not a warning, that was a statement after the fact prior to any ELF program. I posted something on the subject months ago, mostly that the case studies contained in the document were missing, as it was only one CASE STUDY, even still the chaps in that document ran rings around ESI. Perhaps we should get them on board, they know how to close deals in India, that's what the warning should have been, that we needed more accomplished management.
