Downramping is knocking a stock when knowingly posting unfounded,unresearched comments.
Giving a true opinion is not downramping.
Everyone is allowed an opinion,as long as it is being given in a truthful way and with some knowledge of the industry the company is trading in.Research is also important in giving a truthful opinion,even if it is different from yours or some others on the forum.
That is what the forums are about,learning from others who may know more about the industry the company are involved in.
In one announcement NSL said drill results would be available in 24 hours,now they have a lab set up.
I believe that was around June this year.
