Have a look at the UMC forum over the last few months before they sold out to BHP.

The reasons for SDL share holders paying for me to go from Melbourne to Perth for the AGM is all in the post's leading up to and after November 2nd 2009.
I was asked by share holders to represent them at a meeting with Don Lewis and Peter Canterbury after the AGM meeting.We talked for around an hour.
I organised the meeting and questions from other share holders,plus other questions I wanted to ask about.Peter Canterbury contacted Don Lewis,as Don Lewis was in Europe at the time.
Don Lewis sent an Email to me from Europe with confirmation He would meet with me.
I then posted on HotCopper what I had discussed with them with answers to my questions.
