You're inferring that just because someone takes umbrage at having some total stranger from a foreign land invade their privacy and the sanctity of their own home by unsolicited sales calls, and let's them know in no uncertain terms, that it justify's bombing an aircraft and that they shouldn't be surprised if that happens to them ?
Get Real.
Personnaly I find the best tactic is just to put the phone down (ie: Not hang up) and continue with your business. This gives them time to finish their usually long winded sales spiel while wasting their company's money on the call cost.
After a half hour I hang up the phone.
Problem solved.
