its a billion dollar plus price tag to develop this prospect
they need:
power( 200KM to the grid)
water
and a port ( Port Bonython one would hope). They wont have to pay for the Port
they do have a railway at least.
Thats why the market doesnt give it value
However if the Indians come on board, with the abiity to fund the CAPEX, then the market will give it value
Its a significant project, they are targeting minimum 5 million tpa.
