JV would progress AP14 and allow cash gained from AP23 to be used to progress their 'Phase 2' wet beneficiation plant.
I'd much rather a JV for AP14 but I'll settle for the completion of sales agreeements in the short term. JV and Phase 2 mid term, then development of AP14 long term.
