The president of the India Energy Forum, P.S. Bami, told delegates, ''We are in an energy crisis.''

Across the country, 40 per cent of Indians get electricity for fewer than 12 hours a day.
Four years ago, the shortfall in India's coal production was just 59 million tonnes.

This year, the country will produce 554 million tonnes of coal, but will need 696 million.

By the financial year 2016-17, it will need 1 billion tonnes - an estimated 300 million tonnes of which it won't be able to produce.

Glad to see the company has moved away from the Euro market and looking firmly at the Indian market.

The board could utilise one of it's staff members who can speak no less that 5 lanuages including Indian.

Soon the only coal that will be left is the most diversible coal, Coldry. Coldry can be gassed, Coldry to oil, Coldry to steel !!!
