I think GF is right . ECT has financial backers , multibillion Indian government companies ,plus...plus.
IMO This SP can hit 30-50 c before is up and running commercially .
Who knows what else is hiding under ECT's secrecy ??.
Will not surprise a bit if at the coming years , the registry has room for 5 billions shares .
