You'd hope so & also due to lower fuel prices. You still need to accept that AUS investors are still tied psychologically & fundamentally to Gold valued in US$'s & this mentality is evident in AUS trading as well. I know I for one look @ what US gold price has done o/n to influence my trading. I bearly look @ what AUS gold price is doing. Only time in fact I regard AUS gold price is if I was wanting to purchase physical.
