MNM also has 569 sq km of brown coal at the southern end of the S7 zone.

so rough numbers on MNM's Victorian brown coal holdings are about 6 billion tonnes.

and what is a rough in ground value to the Indians shopping for coal reserves (not coal techs mate, COAL)

A 5c per in ground tonne valuation would be very conservative. It could be 5 times higher on a rival bidder land rush scenario in the 'new pilbara'.

that's $300 million minimum. with a billion dollar upside easy to imagine.

and MNM has a $30 million MC.
