Don't get me wrong here...I'm a long term holder, but I am still wondering and a little nervous as to why the Patents have not yet been granted in India? Anybody shed any light?

Patent no. PCT/AU2004/001319 (same as Brazil?) was filed by David Wilson back in Sept 2004!
