Savni holdings was registered and incorporated on the 2nd April in Mauritius just a few days before it purchased 13.31% in Bowen through Macquarie Equities on the 11th April 2008.

It smacks of creating a holding company deliberately with the intention of a forthcoming investment.
Want to gain a larger slice of major asset when you legally can't, then form a holding company that can't be traced back to you.
Mauritius has fairly easy incorporation of companies and the reporting requirements for large cash transactions by the regulatory authorities are somewhat loose.
Savni could well be an investment company where sophisticated Indian investors have parked their money and I am trying to make a link to Bhushan when there is not.

Obviously I think that last sentence is total bunkem
