The commercial set up for a JV is alot stronger for CFR then NSL.

If CFR are to issue more shares, they wont be issued at 2 or 3 cents if the tonnage is there - thats for sure. Since CFR have other mining projects, the directors also won't want to give them existing shareholder value in other projects (they simply haven't earned it)

Remember JV details will be finalised around November (as per previous announcement).

Personally Id like to see a series of convertible notes packaged with a series of unlisted options (different expiries and exercise prices) with a condition they can never be a substantial holder of CFR - (similar to the CTP setup). Ideal for a share structure of CFR's type imo.

If you had to choose TODAY which company offers better upside out of CFR and NSL - i know which one id be choosing.

Watch for the big switch.
