indian majors bidding for $1 billion coal!

Saw a news Indian news sites ET and Business standard yesterday that Reliance and Adani among other 30 companies around the globe are putting final bids for coal assets worth $1 billion . The company name wasn't mentioned but the clue was that the coy has/proposed 500 mw power plant.

RIV is doing so in Africa per their recent presentation.
