My take on not being sensitive is this. CFR has released this info now as it is coming out and they have no control on exposure to the india media then info reaching here. They probably already knew this may happen so if they made it price sensitive ASX may ask why they didn't say something earlier, prior to the india media running stories. They have also had some director holdings changing over the last little while so they wouldn't want to come out looking suss.
Looking forward to more news, like the fact they have some quoting from officials/ ministers in India.
