i dont know why it would be too good to be true.. with
enough research, negotiations, and connections i dont see why it would be impossible to crack a great deal with a chinese customer to sell iron ore and gain land rights to export iron ore with royalties being payed to the land owner.
were not talking about millions of tonnes of iron ore here, the start is small, but what gets my attention is the aggressive business model and long term price movement in the up direction...
