I might add that Con Giatsos at the AGM stood up and in a very loud voice stated that ECT (under his management) does not announce MOU's to the market for the sake of announcing MOU's. He advised that if an MOU is signed with ECT, you can almost guarantee that the MOU will result in a signed deal.

Now, with 20M tonnes of Coldry pellets @ $30 (conservative profit margin) = $600M net profit (before tax).

The Indian company (according to their website...see link below) will need a massive supply of coal to fire up their power stations. Given that the Indians are running out of coal reserves, it makes good business sense to partner with ESI.
