Does that mean we will get more professionally trained Indians calling us at home about switching electricity companies. People who don't say "can you help me out with your address" and "do you have an electricity bill handy". Maybe they might employ the word "please" and "thank you". Might even get the odd call by one of them who seems to be a local rather than calling from Bombay. We live in hope.
