I guess big difference between Aboriginals and Indians is Indians were not entitle to Social Security. Due to no social security, they worked hard and made better lives for themselves. Chinese lived on 3 meals of Rice while working hard and building up their nation and now they are manufacturing hub of world. Aboriginals drank on booze money from the government and complained against the government. No one can help anyone unless they chose to turn their lives around.
