Precisely DB. Once the revenue is AUD $50M and above, 25% (plus bonuses) barely looks insignificant. When sold or IPO listed (if no sale takes place), how many multiples of that figure could it be sold for?? As soon as one makes the shift from viewing this as a stock and instead a growing recurring yearly revenue business, a whole new world opens up. 18 months is what I have my attention on.
