indias phosphate / fertiliser use

So of the 3 finalists in the Togo tender there seems to be ourselves in a consortium including Nagarjuna Fertilisers, Gujarat State Fertilisers, Deepak, Minemarkers and others. Mainly Indian based except Aussie minemakers org.

Second finalist is Elenitto from Israel who has teamed up with China's Wengfu Group

The third is Singaporean and Indian group of Coromandel Int and Getax which is part of the Murugappa Group.

The only significant change I have come across, and it does significantly improve our odds, is a change in the subsidy of fertiliser use in India.
