appen has good technologies.. they are leader in soluting to the big companies in americas. you see google nicroftos and apples shoot up...they PE keep shoot up..... appen PE keep go down... when they earn more and mores by cooperation. market does not know true values of appen... this stocked coulds go back to $40 when smart moniy came back
