KKK has teamed up with Australia’s biggest private equity firm, Pacific Equity Partners, to make a joint bid for the $1 billion services company SAI Global.
The pair tabled a joint indicative offer for the standards, assurance and information business, on Tuesday. KKR and PEP would split the equity investment 50:50, marking the first joint play between the two firms.

If this is true I'm surprised nothing was lodged with the ASX yesterday. We should hear something today.
