That the sp hovers around the lower end of the range of prices indicated by PEP in its approach all those weeks ago suggests the market doesn't believe there's any sort of feeding frenzy in the offing. A few cents more would be nice but what will be will be. I'll still fluke a handy profit if a deal is done at this level.
