Further comment on previous post, we also know now why they pulled the pin late Jan as Dec quarterly was due in a few days time and all would have been revealed, current debt not previously disclosed, poor production etc.,

The public statements they pushed prior was how much cash on hand, $9M I think, without any reference to immediate debts due so net deficiency of $10M on normal trading terms basis regardless of other corporate debt, again misleading conduct and the Feds should be all over these poor excuses for company directors.
