Some good news on a down day and this offer was exactly as I anticipated...Vectus have a similar business to the property business of EON and they want in before online property settlement really gets going.
The bid is very opportunistic but what takeovers offers aren't. I think it will go through and Hunter hall also owns about 19% so if they say yes it will be a done deal.
The 65c offer is very strategic as a big share issue was done a few years ago at 63c....
I almost went big on this last week but didn't back my judgement in the current market...still will be a tidy profit
