Thats not quite accurate
HEG has initiated a court hearing to clarify the issue.
First Tiffany was free carried up until development and when the time came (2003/4) to develop the mine, First Tiffany did not contribute. Thus HEG is asking them to contribute or lose their share (if they havent already). Maybe First Tiffany doesn't have the money??? I don't know.
