An outbreak of rickets could be value accretive for a healthcare REIT.
Interest rate fears seem to be pushing down REIT at the moment. Hopefully omicron is the last in the series and not omega. I reckon this should do well in the long term.
Had this on my watchlist for a while- happy to be in today on SP weakness.
