I have to remind you guys that the Seychelles farmin with 2D data cannot be compared to MEO with Petrobas.
Seychells is almost one year behind the dvelopment of WA360p at the time of the farmin.
The MEO and Petrobas farmin was entered on April 2010, 9 months after the 3D dataroom closed in July 2009.
In monetary terms, the Seychelles farmin, if it happened, will only be around $5m-$10m upfront payment, not $38m as in the MEO farmin.
Also there was no spike in the MEO SP when the farmin was announced.
