    S&P ASX 200 - Currently 4099 (7 points away for the underwriters being allowed to cancel the agreement announced yesterday).

    They may not cancel and the ASX200 may not close below this level but its pretty interesting management allowed this clause to be in the contract in addition to the shares being issued at such a discount.
