Ive got a secret to share too! i saw this video on facebook if you pay 1$ everyday into your mortgage the bank charges you 0$ at the end of the month - no interest at all!!!
i worked out the maths,
average loan size - 500,000
monthly interest 500k*5.5%/365*30days in a month = $2,260.27. interest
BUT! if you pay loan size 500,000 -1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (for the whole month...)
499,970k*5.5%/365*30days in a month = $0 monthly interest....
the trick is its not multiplicative or additive ~its magicative!!~
