I think it will get a pretty big bounce from the 19500 area (test 2017 high). I've got it at the 1.23 Fib extension on the C wave. Often the 1.23 on a C wave marks the end of downtrend, then it is five waves up from there. (Disclosure: I hold no Bitcoin, and never have)
