I posted the stat here recently but I got it from Stanley Druckenmiller in some sort of interview he did.

If you chart CPI you have to look back some way to see it above 5% and what the corresponding FED funds rate was.

Druckenmiller also said not to worry too much about the numbers the bubble may pop before the inflation causes real stress.

What creates bubbles who knows what pops them who knows.

Why did stocks collapse in 1929 ?

I'm referring here to the US not our market but cant see our market not getting influenced as usual.
