    If it were to hit that( and it wont) it would be in the next 3 months. How honestly can you say DJIA at 4000 in 11 months time. The Yanks will start WW3 before it got to that stage!
    Whilst your stats on the other figures are reasonable to assume, Your view on the Dow is somewhat dillusional.
