sales for q1 and q2 FY2020 were 1.8mln
on 6 Apr 2020 they announced around $15mln sales for qtr 3
on 5 May 2020 they announced "invoiced b2b sales" for April 2020 as 11mln
share price doubled between then and next quarterly on 16 July 2020.
the question is around invoiced b2b sales. Under accounting standards you do not invoice for something that is not delivered or shipped. So it was clear misrepresentation whether by negligence or fraud which caused a spike in a share price and caused people to lose money on false information.
