Your intention is not to rub salt into anyone's wounds, especially if they have lost a lot of money. As a shareholder in this company at various times, you have made money.

Motivated by your sense of justice you feel there are fair grounds to probe the company and affiliates through the courts, specifically regarding misleading (untruthful) disclosures.

You won’t pursue this yourself, as you have not lost anything but you encourage others to file a law suit, based on "conspiracy by two or more persons to defraud" causing financial loss.

You are not down-ramping, you are actually here to help.

To summarise further, due to your citizenship and strong sense of justice you are encouraging others to file a lawsuit.

IMO, by calling for Individual & Class Action, you are trying a little too hard. Personally, I also think you need to be careful. Consider the definition of libel: a written and published false statement about someone that damages their reputation. You do appear to be wanting to damage the reputation of PH & ZOONO ?

Guess you need to be very sure of your facts then. Oh, that’s right someone else can file the lawsuit.
